Diploma of Hospitality

The SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management course is ideally suited to individuals already working in a hospitality environment looking to expand their knowledge and gain career advancement. It provides the learner with not only basic operational skills but the supervisory and management knowledge and skills to coordinate hospitality operations and lead teams in a food and/or service environment. The learning is practical and hands-on and can be contextualised to individual workplace requirements. Is has a compulsory work placement component. Access to a hospitality workplace is essential.
