Yes, the Australian government has declared that fully vaccinated international students with appropriate visas would be able to travel to and from Australia without the need to request for a travel exemption beginning December 15, 2021.

COVID-19 vaccines that have been approved or recognised by the TGA include:
Pfizer's Comirnaty; AstraZeneca's Vaxzevria; AstraZeneca's Covishield; Moderna's Spikevax; Takeda's (Moderna),
Coronavac (Sinovac) BBIBP-CorV (Sinopharm) Covaxin (under 60 years) Janssen-Cilag (Johnson & Johnson).
Students will need to be completely vaccinated with a TGA-approved or TGA-approved vaccine.
