birth, occupation and highest level of study and include a completed spouse SOP with this form. If no, please write N/A.

Consider these questions in your response: Have you maintained enrolment in a course that is at the same level or higher than the course you were granted a visa for? If you were granted a Higher Education visa to come to Australia but you have been doing a lower level course without maintaining a CoE for the Higher Education course and you have NOT applied for a new visa in the relevant sector, you MUST explain why.

Consider these questions in your response: What job do you expect to get once you complete this course? Do you have an offer of a job when you return to your home country? If not, how do you intend to look for a job once you return home?

Consider these questions in your response: What research have you done into Australian institutes that led you to choose Australian Skills Group? Why have you chosen Australian Skills Group over other institutes in Australia? What do you know about Australian Skills Group?

I understand that this statement will be considered in conjunction with other documents provided by me, including evidence of my English Language proficiency.

I understand that my application for a student visa may be denied by the Department of Home Affairs if any of the documentation or information I have provided is fraudulent or incorrect or if I fail the GTE requirement.

I understand that I am required to abide by the conditions of my student visa and that my student may be cancelled by the Department of Home Affairs if I fail to abide by the conditions of my student visa.
